Kitchen Technical Specification

The below information represents our standard offering for some of our fitted kitchen cupboards. Upgrades are available.
Kitchen base unit cupboard

Base Units

  • 18mm MFC carcasses with PVC front edge - solid sides, base, back & top rail usually colour co-ordinated to match the doors
  • Rigid construction with metal cam & dowels
  • Blum hinges with one Blum Blumotion soft close hinge per door
  • 1 Shelf
  • Plinth kickboard to match the door range

Wall Units

  • 18mm MFC carcasses with PVC front edge - solid sides, base & top usually colour co-ordinated to match the doors
  • 3.2mm White hardboard HDF back
  • Rigid construction with metal cam & dowels
  • Blum hinges with one Blum Blumotion soft close hinge per door
  • Cornice & light pelmet decorative mouldings to match the door range
  • 2 Shelves

Drawer Packs

  • Carcass 18mm MFC solid sides, base, back & top rail usually colour co-ordinated to match the drawer fronts
  • Metal sided drawer boxes with 18mm MFC solid base & back holding up to 40kg weight
  • Soft close mechanisms
  • 2, 3, 4 & 5 drawer combinations available
  • Large pan drawers on 2 & 3 drawer packs
  • Cutlery tray for cutlery top drawer
